Weatherization Contract Specialist
LOCATION: Portageville or Sikeston
Monday - Thursday - Day schedule

The successful Weatherization Contract Specialist has the overall responsibility to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of several programs concerning weatherization. The primary goals will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of specific programs, coordinating home weatherization processes and ensuring compliance with funding source directives. These duties are completed by performing the following duties.
Supervises the work of all employees in the Weatherization Program under the direction of the Department Director.
Bachelors Degree in Social Work or a related field; with 4 to 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Energy auditing certification and grants management experience preferred. Must have 3 years or more supervisory experience.
