The Skill-up applicant will have the overall responsibility to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Skill-up program. The primary areas will be overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with funding source directives, oversight of the program and participants, and ensuring billing is submitted in a timely manner. Duties will include but not limited to; ensure all clients are eligible to participate in the program, enter client information in computer, maintain files, submit monthly reports, attend regional, state and national conferences and seek and apply for grants for leveraging and improvement funds. Traveling will be required for both locations.
Applicant must have a BS/BA Degree in Social Work, Business or a related field, along with 4 to 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a driver’s license valid in Missouri, transportation and insurance.
