The Mobile Outreach Customer Service Representative duties will consist of interviewing of clients regarding the clients needs, such as energy, nutritional needs, employment, education, housing and/or other emergency short and long term needs, and record interview information into computer, handle complaints concerning services, along with other various duties. The applicant will hitch, pull and park the 24’ Mobile Outreach office multiple times per week. CSR will interview clients and record interview information into computer for client services. This position will be based out of Portageville Central Office campus but will require 100% travel.
Applicant must be well versed in computers with knowledge in Excel and Word, must have an AA degree in Social Services or related field, with 4 to 5 years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience and must have a Class E driver’s license valid in Missouri, transportation and insurance.
