Summary: DAEOC is currently seeking a Homeless Project Contract Specialist who has the ability to empathize with and understand the needs of DAEOC clients as well as have knowledge of the living and working conditions of the six county service area.                                                                                                               

The Contract Specialist will have overall responsibility to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all Homeless programs.  The primary areas will be ensuring compliance with funding source directives by becoming the subject matter expert on all funding agreements, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shelter and supervising of the staff.  The Contract Specialist will also ensure proper reporting and billing is submitted in a timely manner.

A Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field is required.  Experience with grant management is preferred. Applicant must submit college transcripts with application/resume, and must have a driver’s  license valid in Missouri, transportation and insurance.
