LOCATION: SIKESTON HEAD START ADM OFFICE  

POSITION: HEALTH SPECIALIST

The applicant will be responsible to oversee and coordinate Health services for 1244 children, ages 6 weeks-5 years, in the 6 county service areas. Ensure program compliance with federal regulations for health services, including but not limited to screenings, referrals, medical and dental service provider recruitment and coordination, staff training, technical assistance, tracking data, and work on-site with program staff.

Applicant must have a BS degree in Health or Mental Health, or 2 to 5 years of related experience and/ or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Travel will be required within the six county service area.

Applicant must submit college transcripts with application/resume, and must have a driver’s  license valid in Missouri, transportation and insurance.
