Summary:
The Applicant will plan, develop, implement and monitor an educational program for the Head Start/Early Head Start children, have the capacity to assist and guide teachers in the implementation and adaptation of curricula to the group and individual needs of children for both Center Bases and Home Based options.  The applicant will coach (model and support) HS/EHS staff in Conscious Discipline strategies, CLASS (classroom Assessment Scoring System) expectations, ECERS/ITERS expectation, and age/developmentally appropriate best practices. The applicant will implement intensive coaching practices for identified staff.

Requirements:
The applicant must possess a BS or Higher degree in Child Development along with experience teaching infants, toddlers and preschool age children. The applicant will travel to various centers within their Region within the 6 county service area , working independently with center staff or as a team to strengthen center staff program wide.

Applicant must possess a driver’s license valid in Missouri, transportation and insurance.
