The Community Data Analyst will provide administrative support to the Family/Community Development in the areas defined by the Unit Lead. The primary areas will be in management of information and statistical support of the department. This position required frequent overnight travel within that state of Missouri.

The Essential duties and functions include but not limited to; Acquiring the understanding of the Management Information System (MIS) which is utilized by the Community Action Agencies in Missouri, attend all State MIS trainings and participate in all MIS Conference Calls, provide training on all State MIS database programs, monitors process, and troubleshoots system/program as necessary. Will collect and analyze data to help prepare for Community Needs Assessment, assist with statistical data collection and entry, develop and maintain files from in-house and county outreach office reports, compile and prepare new and existing reports as needed to maintain information flow within the Division, become well versed in the Results Oriented Management Accountability (ROMA) standards and any other additional duties as assigned.

Applicant must have an AA degree in Business of Computer Science or related field with 2 years related experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
